Parker Medical, LLC (“Parker Medical,” “we,” “us”) collects information you provide directly to us when you schedule a meet-and-greet, communicate with our office, or use parkermedical.org. This may include your name, contact information, demographic information, and the content of communications you initiate with us.
For active patients, we maintain a Designated Record Set in our electronic medical record (Elation Health). Patient health information (PHI) is governed by HIPAA, not by this Privacy Policy. Please request our Notice of Privacy Practices for details about how PHI is handled.

We use the information we collect to:
- Schedule and confirm consultations and appointments
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about our services
- Send communications you have requested or that relate to your care
- Improve our website, services, and patient experience
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our practice (such as our EMR, email infrastructure, and analytics providers), all of whom are contractually obligated to protect your information. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety of patients or staff.
4. Analytics and Cookies
parkermedical.org uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. GA4 collects pseudonymized usage data — not personally identifying information beyond what you submit through forms. No protected health information is sent to GA4.

You may request that we update, delete, or stop using your contact information by emailing info@parkermedical.org. For PHI requests under HIPAA, please contact our Privacy Officer at the same email.
